One of KANZ historical projects working with ” Bombardier” a leading air craft maker in Canada, the project was to introduce the company into the market and create the atmosphere and sales environment to introduce the CL-415 SuperScooper.
The Project consisted five phases:
1- Introducing the technology and creating the need based on customer feedback.
2- Under standing who is who in the decision making process and lobbying for the project.
3- Managing the Sales approach both technical and financial,
4- Understanding the contract terms and conditions.
5- Setting a road map for negotiations.
